Myclo is a sustainable and conscious brand, all our garments are made to order only, so the production will start once the order has been placed.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-10 business days unless otherwise specified or communicated via email.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 10–14 business days as each garment is made to order. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 3–6 business days, making the estimated total delivery time 13–20 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on your location. We also offer international shipping, and delivery timelines for international orders may vary based on the destination country and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Coverage & Delays: We partner with some of India’s leading logistics providers. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes or serviceability issues in certain areas. We appreciate your patience in such instances.

  • Missing Confirmation or Shipping Emails: If you haven’t received your order confirmation or shipping details, please reach out to us at support@myclo.in, and we’ll assist you promptly.

  • Express Shipping: Need your order sooner? Express delivery is available at an additional cost of Rs.550 - Rs.670 depending on product weight. It takes 24-48 hours after we ship. To request this service, please email us at support@myclo.in.
