For Standard Sizes:
Not satisfied with your purchase? We’re here for you.
We offer size exchanges for the same product in standard sizes. Please note, we do not offer refunds on any items sold.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains or fragrances.

The original tags must be intact, and the product should be returned in its original packaging.

Exchange shipping is paid by the customer. Pickup charge: ₹250.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
For Custom Orders:
All custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, we offer one-time alteration if informed within 2 days of receiving your order.

Alteration requests must be submitted via email to myclo.india@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for all shipping/postage costs related to alterations.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for any returns, exchanges, or alterations.
Damages & Quality Issues:
All our products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item:
