For standard sizes
We provide exchange of sizes of the same product for standard sizes. We do not provide refund on any goods sold.
You must exchange your purchased items within 4 days of receiving your order. Your items must be same condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact and in its original packaging.
For customization orders
If your order is custom made, we do not offer any exchanges or returns. We do offer alteration once. You must inform about it within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please note : The customer is responsible for any postage/ shipping cost. We do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
We hold a strong quality check before shipping our orders, however in case of any damaged items we are there for you. You can contact us within the same day of receiving your order.

Myclo is a sustainable and conscious brand, all our garments are made to order only, so the production will start once the order has been placed.
We have FREE shipping within India on all orders.
Your garments would be shipped in 2-3 days after placing your order unless otherwise stated or emailed to you.
After receiving your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and look at the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updated to appear.
Depending on your location the products will be delivered to you in 5-7 working days. We are currently not accepting any international delivery.
Please note : We use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery.
